Processing Time

• Orders with Free Standard Shipping are shipped within 1–2 business days from the purchase date.

• Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 3:30 PM PST to be shipped the same business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery & Address Details

• UPS Express Shipping does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address. If only a P.O. box is available, your order will be shipped via USPS.

• Please verify all delivery information before completing checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.

• Customs clearance or local regulations may extend delivery times.

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address on the expected delivery date.
