   Aliava is a contemporary women’s fashion brand founded by Ali and Ava in 2019. Known for sculptural silhouettes, premium fabrics, and signature cut-outs, we create timeless pieces designed for the modern woman.

   
   

2. Where is Aliava based?
   We are proudly based in Los Angeles, California. The brand was originally founded in San Francisco and now operates from our studio and warehouse in the Los Angeles area.

   
   

3. What makes Aliava unique?
   Aliava blends minimalist design with bold femininity. Our collections feature premium materials, flattering cuts, and refined tailoring—created to empower, move, and inspire.

   
   

4. Who are the founders of Aliava?
   Aliava was co-founded by Ali and Ava. Ava serves as Creative Director with award-winning design recognition, while Ali leads brand operations and strategy.

   
   

5. Did Aliava used to be called Alieva?
   Yes. We recently rebranded from Alieva to Aliava to better reflect the partnership behind the brand. While the name evolved, our aesthetic and values remain unchanged.

   
   

6. Where are your clothes made?
   All pieces are designed in Los Angeles and produced with trusted manufacturing partners who prioritize ethical practices, craftsmanship, and fit.

   
   

7. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes, we ship worldwide—including Canada, the UK, Australia, and Europe. Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

   
   

8. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
   We offer free standard shipping and free return shipping labels on all domestic U.S. orders.

   • U.S. orders ship free via UPS Ground (3–5 business days).
   • Expedited shipping (3-Day, 2-Day, Next-Day) is available at checkout.
   • International shipping rates range from $39 to $55.
   • Most orders ship the same day if placed before 3:30 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
   • If a PO Box is provided, we’ll ship via USPS instead of UPS.
   • A signature is required upon delivery. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

   Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. All transactions are processed in USD and may be subject to foreign currency fees depending on your bank.

   
   

9. What is your return policy?
